Hello everyone,

I have been a more active on here by trying to keep up with checking artwork from all the people I watch.
I still have like over 8,000 messages, but it is okay the number is going down slowly.

As the title says I have been stressed lately, but as usual will save that for later on in my journal.
I am finding out working two part time jobs and working everyday of the week is tough.
I am happy though since I have two jobs, amazing friends & family and lastly a great wife.

Journal:

I have been quite stressed lately. I can usually mange it well, but lately it has effecting my life.
It sucks that lately I have been getting into little fights with my wife over this or that.
I hope getting outside to play disc golfing today will help a little.

I updated my portfolio with some work from my graphic design job.
It is still going well, but this is where most of my stress is coming from.
The job is unstable and I need to find one that is more stable.

and I still have not finished watching Kaichou wa Maid-sama! We finally bought the series on DVD.
We are currently watching it and it has been great.

My office space is looking better, but still have to go through and clean up the room some more.

Artwork:

Still not much to report here, but here is how things are going:

I am working on an old drawing of Vincent Valentine, but as usual personal projects just find a way of hitting the back burner.  
Next for this project is printing it and adding details which includes coloring it.
Also, I already got a few projects that I need to start or quickly finish. I have a belated birthday card to make
for my mom as well. Just need to finish coloring that one, but it seems to keep taking more time as I keep making it more detailed.

The Pontiac Solstice digital painting I was working I will have to redo or move into Painter. I feel I might get it done quicker in a program I am more used to.
This project has hit the back burner for who knows how long. I am working in Painter also on a wallpaper of a submarine, which also will have to take a number.

I am getting into doing vectors. I hope to keep learning new things and pushing myself. The current vector I am working on is
a duck wallpaper. It should look nice, although it will be in black and white. I am just about finished with it since I changed a few things with it.
Then onto doing some more car ones in color after the duck one is finished like a Shelby Cobra and DMC DeLorean .  

Last is I am working on a color version of my Duck and Fish graphic to be made into a t-shirt.
I am so excited about that. I have to finish that design soon.

I hope to get around to sketching regularly. I have really been bad at that.

Story:

My story is moving along again, but slowely. I am still working on Chapter Four.
At some point, more research will have to be gathered. I am trying to nail down some finer details of the setting.
Many of the characters profiles have been filled in, I am sure changes and additions will be made as the story continues.

I am currently reading a William Gibson novel, but there are others authors I would like to check out.
I am in middle of reading Neuromancer, which is a good read so far. Also, I would like to get back to
reading comics again since my setting deals with people gaining super powers.

My story is quite a mix of elements, which I think my wife believes it is a little much.
I hope I can find a good balance instead of ending up with shotgun buckshot
and hope to reach an audience. I just have to stay focused on important events
and touch base on other elements that will be feature more later in the series or
in other story arcs in the same world setting.  

That is about it for now.
